you need to make it very clear how to make a booking and buy a ticket, if you need points then say how to obtain points immediately, in other words how to buy points. make it simple and fast.

I just want to buy a ticket, your system says i need points, how do I just buy a ticket, this is very strange. Please advise what I have to do to just make a booking and buy a ticket.

I need a ticket from Beijing train station. But I'm arriving at the airport n will be heading to my next destination directly. Can I receive my train tickets on either train station or @ d airport thank you

We can only deliver to a hotel in the departure city or our guide can deliver the tickets if you choose to take our private transfer at extra cost.

I would like to get a soft sleeper Feb 27 from Beijing to Chengdu. This is a soft sleeeper so I think there will be more chance for availability.
Can I submit a booking request for Feb 27 soft sleeper?

Due to the low availability of train tickets, requests for bookings will not be accepted for the following periods: New Year’s Day – January 1st to 3rd, Chinese New Year period - January 19th to February 27th, 2011; May Day – May 1st to 3rd, Summer Holidays - July 1st to September 15th, 2011,National Day holidays - October 1st to 7th.
