Also named Wanfuo Tower, it was built in the second year (1568 AD) of Longqing Emperor’s rein in the Ming Dynasty. With a history of over 400 years, it enjoys the reputation of “never see towers after passing Anqing”. It is 72.7m high, occupying the second place among the 108 brick and stone towers in China. It is a seven-floored eight-square pavilion building with copper bells hanging on, which make sounds in the wind. Overlooking on the tower, you will be able to enjoy the view consisting of eminent Long Mountain, mighty Yangtze River and Yicheng City.
