It gained its name due to Shun’an town which is the production place. It was originally produced at the end of Tang period. It is made by taking superior flour, refining sugar, pure black sesame, seasoned with moderate amount of osmanthus, green plums, and golden orange pies. The features are soft and sweet, standing in pieces without collapse. It is one of the traditional snacks of Tongling area.
