rice noodle 300 grams, white sugar 5 fen, soy sauce 50 grams, pepper oil 5 qian, vinegar 3 qian, chinese prickly ash 1 qian, gourmet power 1 fen.

Procedure:

First use hot water to soften rice noodle, then cut the noodle into two inches long slices and put them in a plate. Put soy sauce, vinegar, white sugar, gourmet power, and cool water into a bowl and mix them. Pour the mixture in the noodles, sprinkle chinese prickly ash, drop pepper oil and mix them. The rice noodle taste hot. It’s better eaten with wine.
