A motorway in the Xuancheng section (from Xuanzhou to Guangde) of No. 318 national highway has already opened up. The Gewu motorway has also extended to Xuancheng. Xuancheng city is 298 kilometers away from Shanghai and it only takes 4 hours’ ride there. Xuancheng city is 206 kilometers away from Hefei, the capital city of Anhui province and it takes about three hours’ ride there.
