Steamed noodle and “Yangroupao” (bread dipped in mutton soup) have become local people’s first choice for breakfast. Flour is its main ingredient which is mixed with water as well as a little salt before steamed in a big pot. Garnished with bean sprout and mixed with soy sauce, vinegar, mashed garlic, sesame paste and oiled red pepper, steamed noodle tastes extraordinarily delicious.
