The Qinba mountainous area of Shannxi is the main production area of kiwi fruit, the annual output of which ranks top in the country. Kiwi fruit is highly nutritious and often regarded as the “King of Fruits”. It is ellipse-shaped, with brown-green skin and emerald-green pulp which tastes fragrant and sweet. Kiwi fruit can not only be eaten directly but also be made into juice, fruit wine and jam.
