Mailongxiang Mo Cake, Anqing
It is a traditional specialty of “Mailongxiang”, a famous cake shop in Anhui. The making process contains nine procedures with careful mixture of various materials, mainly including high-class black gingili, sesame oil and refined white sugar etc. In the form of black Chinese ink, it is oily but not too much, sweet and tasty, with the function of moistening the lung, invigorating the kidney and strengthening the liver, fit for kids and elders.
