Brief Introduction:

Stone Forest along the Yellow River is situated in Longwan, Zhongquan Village, Jiangtai County. It is 70 kilometers away from Baiyin City, 140 kilometers from Lanzhou, 261 kilometers from Wuwei City to its west, 70 kilometers from Jingtai County to its northwest, 352 kilometers from Yinchan City of Ninxia Hui Nationality Autonomous Region to its northeast, 65 kilometers form Jingtai County to its east.

The Scenic Area is on the bank of the Yellow River, which flows slowly from the southeast to the northwest as if she cannot bear to part. The highlights of this scenic area is in the southwest part; the ladder-shaped land formed by the erosion of the Yellow River is in the northeast part, which extends from the northeast to the southwest like fingers; the middle part is our mother river---the Yellow River, she winds forward like a letter "s" with a projected part in the southwest. The three parts are composed reasonable to be an organic whole, with a total area of 44 square kilometers.

How to get there:

There is a specialized tourist route from Baiyin to the Yellow River Stone Forest and the bus sets off at 16:00 p.m. from Baiyin Long-distance Passenger Bus Station every day.
