The Baoding candied haws on a stick is famous far and wide within the province. It does not convey the patterns sold in Beijing Temple Fair even a little bit. The candied haws on a stick have several kinds of fillings: the hawthorns only, the hawthorn with read bean paste, the hawthorn with green bean paste and the sesame yam (formal name is Huai Shan).
