Baiyangdian Lake is rich in water resources. And the teals here are big and delicious after cooking. The limed eggs are made by the teal eggs preserved in salt. The egg body is crystal, brown and transparent. In the surface there are pine branch shape veins. The egg yolk is bottle green. It tastes light and fragrant. It is a top-grade small dish to serve the alcohol.
