Fawn Steam Bread, Baoji

Fawn steam bread is a special flavor food of Fufeng Township. Evidences show that such food has a long history of more than 1500 years. It is shaped round with a hole in the middle, marked with designs of red fawns. The steam bread is about 10cm in diameter and a few inches thick, weighing about 100 grams. Such food is crisp and sweet and can keep fresh for about 30 to 40 days, which makes it a good snack and gift for relatives.
