Squirrel Crap

Because these kinds of crap looks like a squirrel, so people call it squirrel crap. This dish is popular for its tender fish, freshness and special taste. The cooking is like this: cut the fish into halves at the back, then carve the meat and fry it, and then place it in a plate and cover it with prepared juice.
