With the size of 4,000 meters long and just 700 meters wide, this popular tourist destination is relatively small. On weekdays there are lots of older people and children, while on weekends even more people. Activities are held during festivals. There are two outdoor swimming pools that come with low prices This summer the first ocean and beach festival was held here, attracting lots of people.
Very large with lots of trees, lawns and activities. Lots of couples come here to shoot their wedding photographs. There is a stadium near the east gate where you can play bal games.
Chaoyang Park is more like fun fair than a park. There is a bunch of attractions, you can go boating on the lake, or just have a ice-cream in the sun, but if you expect the green and calm of a regular park you will be disappointed. It is a large place though, and I have only seen parts of it, but still it seems to have more to do with family fun than anything else. But as such it is probably worth a visit.
