The Jinhai Lake or the lake of golden sea lies to the south of the Dajing Mountain and to the north of the Haizi Village. The lake area has become a holiday resort in recent years.

The scenic area contains over 10 attractions.. A very lively  pavilion called Guan Jing Tang or the Hall of Observing the Scenery sits on the top of a small hill to the northwest of the lake. The pavilion is encircled by water on three sides and to its east is the lake dam. The famous "Camel Peak in sunset"  can be viewed on the main peak of the Heng Mountain. In the mountain there are several well-known caves: the Pigeon Cave is home to hundreds of pigeons, the Dongge Cave where two Taoist Priests cultivated themselves many decades ago and the Tong Tian Cave or the Cave Leading to the Heaven where Erlangsheng, an immortal warrior in the Taoist legend was believed to leave his gigantic footmark.

Currently the aquatic tourist amenities on the lake include the 60 seats dragon boat, 120 seats machine boat, ordinary boat, motorboat, aquatic bicycle among many others.
