Beijing Honghua International Golf Club (北京鸿华国际高尔夫俱乐部), designed by golf world champion Nick Faldo, fulfills the standard of the world championship. It covers an area of 135 hectares, consisting of an 18-hole international standard golf course, gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, driving range, western restaurant, Chinese restaurant, coffee shop and bars. The golf course is made of white stones instead of sand. Honghua International Golf Club has hosted some competitions, such as Volvo China in 2006.
