Temple fairs, originally a religious ritual that took place in temples during the Spring Festival (Chinese New Year), are a kind of mass gatherings that integrates religious worship, entertainment, and commerce. In traditional temple fairs around Beijing, there are performances and booths demonstrating and selling traditional arts and crafts. The fairs will be highlighted by lots of games, food and performances, joined by a lot of people from all over the world.
