Hard liquor of Bijie is thick and fragrant. People make distiller’s yeast with the first-class wheat and brew wine with high-quality Chinese sorghum and natural spring water. The wine is clear and tastes fragrant and strong. The hard liquor obtained the title of "famous wine brand in Guizhou" in 1983. The yearly production is 2,000 tons.
