Today's Activities: Yuyuan Garden, Yuyuan Market, Pujiang Cruise(from South bund to Yangpu Bridge), Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Shanghai Museum, The Bund , Jiangnan Silk Shop and Workshop

- Yuyuan Garden (1 hour): Located at a very busy marketplace in a complex of traditional-style buildings, backing onto Yu Gardens, you can find everything there from popular local snacks and food, crafts, antiques and souvenirs to Starbucks, teahouses and some great restaurants. There is a small (reconstructed) Temple (Chenghuang: Temple of the City Gods) in there as well.
- Yuyuan Market (30 minutes): Located next to the Yuyuan Garden and also known today as the City God Temple, it was built in the fifteenth century during the Ming Dynasty. The City God Temple is a Taoist temple which is composed of many halls such as the Grand Hall, Middle Hall, Bedroom Palace, Star Gods Hall and etc. The City God Temple has a great influence on the residents of Shanghai. The religious festivals of the temple are considered to be the festivals for all Shanghai people.
- Pujiang Cruise(from South bund to Yangpu Bridge) (1 hour): A Huangpu River Cruise is one of the best ways to see both old and new Shanghai.
- Oriental Pearl TV Tower (1.3 hours): One of the tallest TV towers in the world, known for its distinctive spheres, or "pearls", it stands across the river from the Bund, among the exciting architecture of the east bank. The Shanghai History Museum is Located on the first floor of the Oriental TV Tower. There you can see the four major exhibition units reflecting Shanghai's history, modern and recent revolutionary history respectively.
- Shanghai Museum (1.5 hours): The biggest, and many think the best museum in China. The galleries in this outstanding building display stunning collections of bronzes, sculptures, ceramics and porcelain, paintings, calligraphy, seals, jade, coins, furniture, ethnic artefacts from minority groups, temporary travelling exhibitions from places like the Guggenheim, and so much more ... give yourself time to enjoy it.
- The Bund (40 minutes): Once the home of the foreign traders and major banks, the embankment has taken on a new vitality; lovely old European-style buildings mix with futuristic developments, chic restaurants, top end shops and bars offer plenty to see and do – and by night it's magic!
- Old Shanghai Restaurant: Old Shanghai Restaurant is an old and famous local restaurant which serves typical Shanghai Food as well as different flavors from other parts of China.
- Jiangnan Silk Shop and Workshop: See how silk is produced from the cocoons of silk worms, and turned into the beautiful fabric we all know and love. Silk filled duvets are excellent value, and the showroom offers everything from small souvenirs to larger items. The beauty of real silk is that it's so light, and packs really easily.

- Lingering Garden (1 hour): Suzhou is famous for its gardens.Lingering Garden is an elaborate succession of small gardens. Lingering in a garden you will marvel at its unique architecture and art. It is located on No.338 Liuyuan Road, Suzhou City.



Designed to "linger" through the generations, with a succession of small beautifully landscaped gardens, pools and pavements and a pavilion for each season. It has wonderful covered walkways, carved corridors, elaborately shaped doorways and perfect viewpoints for a variety of perspectives on this special garden.
- Panmen Gate (30 minutes): Pan Gate is an ancient city gate with land and water entrances. Once, a gate with land and water entrances was quite typical in ancient China. Much restored, this is one of the last remaining land and water gates in China, once a vital part of Suzhou's defences. The city wall, towers and gates form a nice scenic area. The view from the top across the town's rooftops and distant pagodas is better because of strict local rules regarding building height and design.
- Yangyang Dumpling Restaurant: Originally established as a dumpling factory, Yangyang has developed into a restaurant serving diversified cuisine. Combining traditional delicacies with western-style food, Yangyang has been recognized by overseas tourist magazines.

Day 4

Today's Activities: The Grand Canal(Cruising by Motor Boat), Humble Administrators Garden, The Garden of the Master of Nets, Suzhou Museum, Hotel to Train station Transfer (Suzhou), Train station Transfer (Hangzhou)
Meals: Breakfast, Chinese Lunch
Detailed Itinerary: After visit the Garden of the Master of Nets and Suzhou Museum, you will start from Shiquan Street, and cycle alongside the small canal to reach the Humble Administrator's Garden with a total distance of 5KM. On the way, you will pass through some small lanes, traditional painting galleries, cafes and local houses, etc. You will also see traditional small rivers, stone bridges and ancient gardens. Take a cruise on the Grand Canal in the afternoon to get a final feel of this ancient town. Leave for Hangzhou in the evening.

Day 5

Place & Transport: Hangzhou
Today's Activities: Leisure Bicycle around the West Lake, Qinghefang Pedestrian Street, The West Lake(including the Island on the lake), ChenghuangGe Pavilion, Meijiawu Tea Plantation and Tea Shop
Meals: Breakfast, Chinese Lunch at Louwailou Resturant
Detailed Itinerary: Leisure Bicycle to feel the picturesque scenery of the West Lake and breathe the fragrant air of the nature on Sudi and Baidi with a total length of about 4KM. The breathtaking scenery would take you about 1.5 hours as you would stop on the way to take the pictures. Then take a Cruise on the West Lake. In the afternoon, take a walk on the Qinghefang Pedestrian Street and visit the ChenghuangGe Pavilion.

Today's Activities: Lingyin Temple, Six Harmonies Pagoda, Hotel to Train station Transfer (Hangzhou), Train station Transfer (Shanghai)

- Lingyin Temple (2 hours): Lingyin Temple is one of the ten most famous ancient Buddhist temples in China. It also houses various Buddhist literature and treasures situated in front of the Temple, and is famous for its more than 470 stone carvings of Buddhist figures, which dated from the 10th to 14th centuries.
- Six Harmonies Pagoda (30 minutes): The Liuhe Pagoda is located on the north bank of the Qiantang River in the south of Hangzhou City. The Liuhe Pagoda is one of the famous ancient pagodas in our country and forms the wonderful sceneries of Hangzhou together with "the ten sceneries of the West Lake". Highly erected by the Qiantang River and to the south of the West Lake, it is a perfect symbol of brick-and-wood structure built in the ancient China. It was first built in 970 AD in the Northern Song Dynasty (960-1127). The name "six harmonies" comes from the six Buddhist ordinances, meaning "harmonies of the heaven, earth, east, west, south and north"
- Zhang Sheng Ji Restaurant : Zhang Sheng Ji is a popular old Hangzhou restaurant whose philosophy is that food doesn't have to be fancy or use exotic ingredients to be delicious. Duck casserole and West Lake vinegar fish are the first dishes that come to mind for most people when Zhang Sheng Ji is mentioned.
