Beijing Arrival (International Flight not Included)

Activities: Airport pick-up and transfer


Welcome to China! Your China holiday will start with visiting both modern and traditional Beijing, the capital of China. Upon arrival, your Beijing English speaking tour guide will transfer you to hotel. You can adjust yourself from the jetlag in the hotel.

Beijing Travel

Activities: Tiananmen Square, The Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven


The tour will start with visiting Tian'anmen Square for about 40 minutes which is the largest square in the world.

After that, we will go to the Forbidden City which was home to 24 emperors from 1368 and 1911 and is the largest and best preserved ancient imperial palace in the world.

We will head to the Temple of Heaven after our lunch in a local restaurant. Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties held ceremonies for praying good harvest there.

Besides, you will learn something about pearl and how to distinguish the quality of pearl at a pearl store.


Beijing Travel

Activities: Visiting Badaling Great Wall and Summer Palace


At about 8:30 in the morning, your English speaking guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel lobby and trasfer you to Badaling Great Wall Section .

Stretching in Yangqing County, Badaling Great Wall is one of the most famous Great Wall section and esiest for visitors to hike. You can choose to hike up take round way cable car to this fully-restored section. You will appreciate the magnificent scenery and learn the history of the Great Wall.

After a Chinese lunch, we will head to Summer Palace. It was an entertainment place for royal families, especially in summer. You will see pavilions, halls and corridors harmonious with nature. It is the largest royal garden in China.


Beijing to Shanghai, Train No. T109 Dep 19:33 - Arr 10:44

Activities: Bird's Nest and Water Cube, 798 Art District, Hutong and transfer to the train station.


In the morning, we will go to 798 Art District where inspires many artists. They love the architectural design of 789 Art District which was idle factories district and open studios, fashion shops and art galleries there.

Then, we will head to the Olympic garden to see distinctive Bird's Nest and Water Cube, which have become the new icons of Beijng. The 2008 Beijng Olympic Game was held there.

After the lunch, we will visit Hutong by rickshow in Xicheng District. Rickshaw is a traditional transportation manner in China. You will hop on it to explore old Hutong and take a walk on Yingding Bridge.

Later today you will take train to Shanghai and overnight at the train.



Activities: Shanghai Museum, The Bund, Yuyuan Garden, Tianzifang


The Bund is a must see attraction in Shanghai. Facing west, you can appreciate International Architecure Exhibition with 52 classical and well-preserved old European style buildings. Facing east, you will see a large number of skyscrappers touching sky line across the Huangpu River. Take a walk along the Bund.

Then, we will head to Shanghai Museum to see collections of bronzes, sculptures, ceramics and porcelain, paintings, calligraphy, coins, furniture, ethnic artefacts and so on. It is the biggest museum in China.

We will have lunch in Home's Restaurant which specializes in Shanghai cuisine and gain a great reputation among guests. Then, we will go to Yuyuan Garden which was built in 1559 during the Ming Dynasty with classic Chinese garden and architecture art.

Before we visit Tianzifang, we will stop at a local silk factory to learn something about silk. Tianzifang, located in former French concession, is a trendy area with well preserved Shikumen architecture. There are a lot of well designed shops in Tianzifang.


Shanghai Departure (Flight not included)

Activities: Hotel to airport transfer (Shanghai Pudong International Airport)


You will be transferred to Shanghai Pudong International Airport in time.
