Your guide will leave a message or call you to determine the meeting time. On this tour, the first will be the magnificent Forbidden City, followed by the largest city square in the world- Tiananmen Square. Kick start the day by visiting Emperor Yongle’s tomb built in 1413- the Changling Tomb from the Ming Dynasty. This is one of the best preserved mausoleums from the dynasty. After a leisurely lunch we continue the tour to the Badaling section of the Great Wall. This extensively restored section will provide you great views of the hills and mountains.

Destinations & activities: Shanghai One-day Seat-in-coach Tour

One-Day Shanghai Seat-in-coach Tour:

For this organized tour, we will pick up the guests at the predetermined time at the boarding hotel locations. If you are not checked into one of these hotels, please reach one of these boarding destinations on time. Today we explore Shanghai. We start with a visit to the Yu Garden and then move on to the Pearl City, Jade Buddha Temple and the Bund. After lunch, we visit the best and the largest museums in the country- Shanghai Museum and then the People’s Square. Last, we visit the old, rejuvenated Xintiandi quarter.

For today's tour, your coach will not pick you up at your own hotel, instead, you need to get to Jin Jiang Hotel for boarding before 8:30am. Direction: take Subway Route 1 to Shaanxi Nan Road (3 stops) and exit from Exit 3.
