Day 1

Beijing Arrival (Flight not Included)

Welcome to China! As you arrive in Beijing, you will feel warm welcome by your Beijing tour guide and driver. You will be escorted to hotel for check-in. Free time afterwards.

Day 2

Beijing

Destinations & activities: Tian'anmen Square, Forbidden City, Treasure House, a pearl store and free time in Beijing

Good day for early risers: morning firstly go people-watching on the biggest public square that is Tian'anmen Square. Enter the Forbidden City, following history's footsteps. Also known as Gugong Museum or Royal Palace Museum, here you will visit Hall of Mental Cultivation, Hall of Supreme Harmony, Palace of Heavenly Purity and Royal Garden. Also, you will pay a visit at the Treasure House. Pay a short visit to a time-honored pearl store before lunch.

After lunch in a courtyard house restaurant, you will be wandering inside the Hutongs around for your solo adventure.

Many tour groups enter the Forbidden City from the South Gate, with China Travel, you will do in from the North Gate to avoid the crowds.

Near Courtyard 7 Restaurant, there are some famous and interesting Hutongs worthy some time: Nan Luogu Xiang, Hei Zhima Hutong and Mao'er Hutong.

To kill the night, try Houhai Bar Street with bars and cafes of all sizes and styles.

Mutianyu Section of the Great Wall

Day 3

Beijing

Destinations & activities: Temple of Heaven, Mutianyu Section of the Great Wall, a cloisonné factory

Last night's good sleep gets a full charge for your tour to the Great Wall at Mutianyu Section. Among all the sections, Mutianyu is noted for better views and less crowds. You will enjoy a round-way cable car life at this section. Have lunch in a farmhouse restaurant before get back to downtown Beijing.

Stop by a cloisonné factory before your time is dedicated to the Temple of Heaven, where Chinese emperors used to offer God their best fruits and prayers. Free time exploring the city afterwards.

Today you will have some free time in Beijing.

You will have some time doing some last-minute shopping before the flight to Xi'an. Check in upon arrival.

Terracotta Army

Day 5

Xi'an

Destinations & activities: Terracotta Warriors and Horses, Ancient City Wall, a handicraft center

After breakfast, your tour guide will take you to some simple breakfast and help you check in. Later, you will visit the wonder of ancient China: Terracotta Army, aka Terracotta Warriors and Horses. Have lunch in a Sichuan restaurant nearby before a walk at a handicraft center.

In the afternoon, you will be back to Xi'an downtown, waiting is the Ancient City Wall, one of the oldest city-wall defense systems in China, showing its best at sunset.

Day 6

Xi'an to Shanghai (Flight No.TBA)

Today you will be free in this ancient yet lively city before the flight to Shanghai. Shortly, you will meet up your Shanghai tour guide and check in hotel.

Oriental Pearl TV Tower is our first stop after a free walk along The Bund. Inside the tower, Shanghai History Museum offers an informative visit with its waxwork display.Have lunch in a famous restaurant.

After lunch, you will take a short visit at Yuyuan Garden.Later, your Shanghai tour guide will lead your way to the shopping paradise in Xintiandi.
