Day 1

Place & Transport: Arrive in Harbin, Flight not included
Today's Activities: Airport to Hotel Transfer (Harbin), St. Sofia Orthodox Church, Siberian Tiger Park, Sun Island Snow Sculptures, The Ice and Snow World
Meals: Chinese Lunch

- St. Sofia Orthodox Church: The St.Sofia Orthodox Church is the largest Orthodox Church in the Far East. It is a perfect example of Byzantine architecture with a height of 53m. . Under the bright sun, the church, together with the square around it, reminds the Chinese, bizarrely, of the Red Square in Moscow. Now it serves as an architectural art museum run by the provincial government.
- Siberian Tiger Park: Siberian Tiger Park in Harbin protects more than five hundred endangered purebred Siberian tigers. It is the largest wild natural park for the northeast tiger in the world. You can take a special vehicle into the area where you can closely watch the tigers, what's more exciting, there is a series of animals you can choose to feed tigers. The scene is unique in the world.
- Sun Island Snow Sculptures : Fanciful sculptures are made in the shapes of animals, plants, buildings etc. Some of the larger ones have included a crystalline ice bridge. At night the sculptures are illuminated from the inside with coloured lights, turn the place into a temporary fantast-land.
- The Ice and Snow World: Located in the Western Region of the Sun Island at the north bank of the Songhua River, the Ice and Snow World is the dragon-head brand of the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival. It provides visitors a good opportunity to appreciate a galaxy of unique ice and snow art. Making use of the features of ice and snow, by way of multidimensional presentation methods, these exquisitely-made ice and snow art works turn the place into a dreamlike world of pure whiteness and gleaming crystal.

Day 2

Place & Transport: Harbin to Yabuli
Today's Activities: Yabuli Ski Resort,
Meals: Breakfast
Detailed Itinerary: After breakfast in the hotel, we will set off for about 3 hours drive to Yabuli Ski Resort, the largest ski area with best facility in China. Yabuli has a number of quality down hill and country trails, some of which are comparable with those in North America and Switzerland. In 1996, the resort hosted the 3rd Asian Winter Games successfully. Most of the staff members master quite good English. It is easy to communicate whether in the hotel, restaurant or the ski center. The resort is not only famous as a ski resort in China but also renowned for its scenic beauty.

Day 3

Place & Transport: Yabuli
Detailed Itinerary: Full day to enjoy skiing after your own breakfast.
The ice entertainment includes snow motorcycles, snow biking, horse-sled, off-road vehicle and etc. Lunch will be arranged on your own at the resort.

Day 4

Day 5

Place & Transport: Yabuli to Harbin
Detailed Itinerary: Free until be transferred to Harbin Airport for your flight to your next destination.

Some basic Tips

Run/trail colour coding - Green slopes are the easiest, then blue, red and blacks are the most difficult. Ski with care and choose the right grade to start.
Dress Code - Stay warm! It is best to check the weather forecast every morning before you get dressed and ski.
Get sunglasses for the sun and goggles for the shade/cloud.
Have a thermal layer next to your skin instead of a cotton under layer.
Wear one pair of socks is enough- more will actually make your feet colder!
Make sure your outside layer is waterproof.

Tips for the Yabuli Ski Resorts

Winter season starts form Nov to second year Apr. It is also a good choice for fishing, hiking, swimming, grass-gliding and golf from June to September.
Beginners can take training class or hire a private coach.
