Could you give me some advice on clothing when traveling in Tibet

Temperature in Tibet change dramatically between daytime and night. For example, temperature in Lhasa, the capital city of Tibet, may change from 10℃(50 F) to 25℃(68 F) during daytime but it may quickly plummet to 0℃ (32F) or lower. To keep warm, you are advised to bring thick and warm coats or down jacket. The roads in Tibet except Lhasa are very dusty so you would better wear dark colored clothing.
