The National Aquatics Center, also known as the " Water Cube " is about to reopen to the public by the end of July, 2010, as the Happy Magic Water Cube Park World.

This famous Beijing Olympics swimming venue, where American swimmer Michael Phelps snatched 8 Olympic gold medals at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, was closed on October 2009, and underwent major transformation.

The water park is expected to be the best indoor water park in China, allowing a total attendance of 6,000 people. It is equipped with amusement facilities such as 7-storey slides and a wave machine, coffee shops, leisure centers, shopping arcades and VIP boxes. A ticket is required for entry into the water park, but the price is still being calculated.
