Dear Mr. Shen,Forgive me for the mistake, but it says in the profile of the first person who responsed to me female, so there was absolutely no way for me to know that you are a male. Also, as I said it is used for both sexes. You are generally right that Sam is more common for guys (as far as I know), but since the profile says female, I just accepted it. I will follow your advice, so my other family members can fill in the survey, but I wanted to make it clear that we did not want to break the rules in order to participate in it. There are probably many ways to go around the rules to win a prize, but we were not going to use any of them. The most popular one is to change the IP or maybe to hide it. Imagine another situation, if several people are using the same computer at a work place (part-time job with many shifts and employees), they definitely cannot fill out the survey. Thank you for your response anyway!Happy New Chinese Year!Sincerely,Greti

First of all, I'm Mr.. Aha!! As far as I know, Sam is more often used for male, isn't it? For your suggestions, yes, I didn't take into consideration about the situation that there might be more than one person in a family has a account at Chinatravel.com. I felt pretty sorry for that. There is a way you can finish the survey twice in a computer. You can just clear the cache of your IE explorer, and your family members might start to finish the survey for another time!

Dear Ms. Shen,Thank you for your response! I appreciate it. I have one more question though. My brother registered at your website, so he can fill in the survey, too. However, we were surprized to see that he has already filled out the survey. The only thing I can think of why we got this message is that we are using the same computer, so probably people are not allowed to take the survey more than once from one computer. However, you have to take into account the fact that most families include more than one person and it is absolutely fine each member to participate, unless otherwise stated. I did not see anywhere in the rules that only one person per family is allowed to take the survey. If you are trying to prevent people from making several accounts in order to increase their chances of winning, you can just ask for first and last name in the registration, otherwise, I think it goes without saying that you will have to announce that only one person per family can participate in your prize activities.Thank you!Sincerely,Greti P.S. I know that the Chinese usually use foreign names when abroad to make it easier for the local people to remember their names. However, Sam is shortened for Samuel (male) or Samantha (female), so it is a little tricky to know your sex. Maybe, you can choose another name that is used for females only to avoid any embarrassing situations (I saw in your profile that you are actually a female.)

Dear friends,Could you please make it absolutely clear whether all participants in the survey will automatically get 500 gift points or is this one of the prizes? When I first read it, I stayed with the impression that I will get the points for completeing the survey, but now, when I saw the flyer of the survey, it seems like the points have to be won. If that is the case it is disappointing...Thank you!
