New Direct Flight between Kunming and Yinchuan Opened

According to Xinhua news network, Yunnan branch of China Eastern Airlines opened a direct flight between Kunming and Yinchuan on May 11th, 2011, which will save a lot of traveling time and bring much convenience to travelers traveling between Kunming and Yinchuan instead of transferring flights in Xi’an.

According to the relevant responsible person at Yunnan branch of China Eastern Airlines, the new direct flight between Kunming of Yunnan Province and Yinchuan of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region takes about 2.5 hours for a single trip, with the aircraft number of Boeing 737. There are 4 scheduled flights every week, traveling on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. The flight from Kunming to Yinchuan departures at 8:20 and arrives at 10:50, with the flight number of MU 5831. The other way round, the flight from Yinchuan to Kunming departures at 11:40 and arrives at 14:10, with the flight number of MU 5832.
