12 Pandas Born in Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding and Research Center

On September 26th, 2011, 12 pandas were born in Giant Panda Breeding and Research Center of Chengdu in Sichuan Province in Southwest China. The newly-born little pandas were put in a ward, resting and playing there, which attracts a number of tourists to watch and take photos.

Giant Panda Breeding and Research Center, situated in the northern suburb of Chengdu, is one of the main bases for protection of rare and endangered wild animals in China, with various complete facilities that are necessary for breeding of pandas. The Giant Panda Breeding and Research Center has 108 pandas at present.  Giant Panda Breeding and Research Center
