Based on National Development and Reform Committee, the retail prices for China’s diesel and gasoline is reduced by 300 yuan (47.17 USD) per ton, which is formally implemented from October 9th, 2011. Exactly, the price is reduced by about 0.22 yuan per liter for gasoline and 0.26 yuan per liter for diesel. The adjusted prices for gasoline and diesel are respectively 8,280 yuan and 7,430 yuan per ton.

The drop of the price will contribute to the reduction of social operational cost, the remission for the pressure of the rising of general price in the society and the promotion of domestic economic development to some extent.
