Official China Public Holidays 2012 Announced

Earlier this month, the States Council of PR. China has officially announced the detailed schedules for the 2012 China public holidays.

Chinese people usually enjoys seven public holidays in a year, including the International New Year’s Day, Chinese New Year, Qingming Festival, International Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-autumn Festival and the National Day of China. But in 2012, there will be only six public holidays, because the mid-autumn festival holiday will be combined with the national day holiday, and there will be an eight-day-long holiday.

The following table is the official schedule for China public holidays 2012:
