The First Altay International Ice and Snow Festival

On December 28th, 2011, the first Altay International Ice and Snow Festival kicked off in Jiangjunshan ski resort in Altay City of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China, which will last 100 days. During the ice-snow festival, there are various ice-snow activities and events, such as the experience of folk culture and winter catching festival by Ulungur Lake.
