The 30th Luoyang Peony Culture Festival is to kick off in Luoyang City of China’s Henan Province on April 5th, 2012, which will last for one month. During the festival, the city will become a sea of bright peonies in full bloom, and a variety of cultural exhibitions, trade fairs and tourist activities are also held. The best period to appreciate peony blossoms is from April 12th to 25th, and the best venue to appreciate peony blossoms include National Peony Garden, Wangcheng Park and Shenzhou Peony Garden.
