Bullet Trains Operated from Xian to Beijing and Hankou from April 4th

From April 4th, 2012, bullet trains from Xi’an north to Beijing west and Hankou operated. It should be noticed that there are no sleepers on those two bullet trains because of the relatively short running time.

The bullet train D132 departs from Xi’an north at 12:55, and arrives in Beijing west at 21:42, taking 8 hours and 47 minutes, with a seating capacity of 1220 passengers. The bullet train D140 departs from Xi’an north at 11:20, and arrives in Hankou at 19:10, taking 7 hours and 50 minutes, with a seating capacity of 610 passengers. The bullet train D142 departs from Hankou at 9:15, and arrives in Xi’an north at 16:35, taking 7 hours and 20 minutes.

For D132, the first-class seat costs 493 yuan per person and second-class seat costs 357 yuan per person. For D140, the first-class seat costs 432 yuan per person and second-class seat costs 307 yuan per person.
