Recently, a formal letter from Dalian international Marathon organizing committee informs citizens that the 27th Dalian International Marathon Competition, which is supposed to hold on March or April 2013, will be postponed to 2014.

The officials claim that the purpose of this decision is to concentrate on paving a smooth path for the 12th National Games in China.

Dalian International Marathon Competition attracts citizens’ attention since it was first held. Basing on previous experience, the route of this competition will be likely to pass the attractions of Dalian like Golden Pebble Beach, Xinghai Square, and so on.
