The 28th Luoyang Peony Festival was open to the public in Luoyang City in Central China’s Henan Province on April 1st. The event will run for more than a month, ending at May 5th, 2010.
A grand opening ceremony, highlighted by wonderful singing and dancing performances, was held in Sui Tang Relics Botanical Garden, one of the city’s many peony parks.
