Shanghai : My visit ever to China and to Shanghai was earlier this year.
As a foodie, I was completely drawn to it's local food. Wherever my destination may be, I'll always seek out favourite local food haunts.
I know there are plenty of these in Shanghai but I found my paradise in Sanpailou Lu and Sipailou Lu. I probably ate their roast and braised duck and amazingly juicy pork buns everyday!
I will be visiting Shanghai again in Spring 2012, and will definitely seek out more delicacies.
