Grandma Bridge Restaurant, offering Sichuan Cuisine, Chongqing Hotpot and local snack, is famous for its inner decorative style. It is the “only restaurant” in Chongqing that offers buffet hotpot. The restaurant gathers all kinds of traditional local food. What’s more, selected scenes (an opera jargon) from Sichuan opera will be performed in the restaurant.
There are many specialties there including Shudu smooth beef, Official Du’s roast meat and teppanyaki snow fish (a kind of fish living in the upper reaches of Yangtze River).
