Tanyingxiong Hotpot Restaurant, which was founded in 2000, is a famous chain restaurant in China. Now, it owns more than 200 branches.

Its most famous specialty is "the Yutou (head of fish) hotpot", which is freshly cooked, delicious and nutritious. The soup is of two kinds: milky white soup which tastes fresh and palatable and the red soup which is very hot and spicy.
