Overview

Daqinghua Restaurant (大清花饺子馆) is the first Manchu chain restaurant in China, serving featured dumplings, with rich ethnic characteristics. It was originated from Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. On the basis of Manchu flavor, after years of development and improvement, Daqinghua dumplings are characterized by the unique seafood stuffing, such as mackerel meat and sea whelk. The dumplings are cooked delicately and vary from cooking, such as boiled dumplings, Manchu steamed dumplings and fried dumplings. Daqinghua Restaurant is a unique place for people to enjoy unique Chinese dumplings as well as Dalian fresh seafood.
