The Guanyin dried bean curd, also called Dried Bean Curd with "仁”( Ren) Characters, has been produced in Guanyin County of Dazhu County for more than a hundred years. Due to the 36 “仁”characters engraved on the pressing plate for making the dried bean curd, each piece of the dried bean curd of 1chi wide and 1chi long(weighs 2.5liang) is divided into 36 patches, each of which has a character  “仁”in the  middle, and hence the name dried bean curd with   “仁”characters. The dried bean curd is a real eye-catching with a clean, bright, smooth and golden-colored skin. It’s an appetizer with strong and sweet and strong aroma. Delicious and sweet, it’s chewy with a long aftertaste.
