More Tips:
Wandin, with a population of more than 10,000, is the smallest frontier city in China. It is also one of the three frontier cities open to the outside world in Yunnan. The formalities for a tour are very simple here if you want to go to Burmese frontier cities like Nankan, Jiugu, Mujie and Laxu. You just have to hand in two photos and relative charges to the Chinese travel agency which will then take you out of the country to a tourist guide from some Burmese travel agency. And on your return, the Chinese travel agency will take you back.
