The local products in Shefang City, raw Dried-Salted Duck and cooked Dried-Salted Duck (also called Cured Duck), are the premium products and enjoy equal popularity as tobacco leaves there. The reason for the name of Dried-Salted-Duck is that during the periods of sunning and salting the duck, people use the duck’s bones to support its body and the finished product looks just like a board.
