Dapai gammon

 Dapai gammon is made of improved pig raised by the local farmer. It is well known by the country by its unique process technique of Tujia flavor, sharing the name of “the four famous gammon in China”with Jinhua gammon in Zhejiang, Xuanwei gammon in Yunnan and Rugao gammon in Jiangsu province.
