Since the establishment of PRC in 1949, the government of China paid much attention to the education. Many laws have been made to protect the rights of Chinese citizens. In these laws, the ethnic nationalities, children, women and disables right of being educated were emphasized. With the developing for more than 50 years, China has made a great progress in education.
