Being a semi-open structure, the Expo Boulevard will be served as a large multiple-use transportation and commercial centre. The boulevard has two floors underground, one above the ground and one canopy. It is a construction that combines commercial and transport activities together. It is the largest stand-alone structure within the Expo Site and the main axis for human traffic flow and sightseeing in the Expo Site.
