Visitors can get to the Expo site and buy tickets on spot

» It is recommended to buy expo ticket (Designated Day-Standard Day Admission Ticket) at the expo site entrance, which is quite convenient. There are enough ticket selling windows, so you don't have to worry about long queues. Designated Day-Standard Day Admission Tickets are sold from 8:00am to 17:00pm, and visitors should enter the expo site within the designated day on the ticket.

» The night pieces of the expo site is quite fantastic, so we recommend you to buy an Evening Admission Ticket to get into the expo site from 17:00pm to 21:00pm. Evening Admission Tickets can only be purchased at the ticket selling offices at the expo site entrance.

Definition of "Peak Days" and "Standard Days"?

There are altogether 17 peak days, which are:

   » May 1 - 3 (Labor Day Holiday)
   » October 1 - 7 (China’s National Day Holiday)
   » October 25 - 31(The last 7 days of the Expo)
   » Standard days are non-peak days during the Expo from May 1 till October 31, 2010.

Who can have access to special admission tickets?

The following people can have access to special admission tickets:

    » The disabled: with valid certificates of disability issued by relevant institutions.
    » Seniors: born in or before the year of 1950, with valid IDs
    » Students: with valid IDs
    » Children: taller than 1.2 m (3.94 ft)
    » Please note that children shorter than 1.2 m (3.94 ft) can have free admission to the Expo.
