Jingban Folk Music expressed both quietness and the rhythm of “board beating”. Its leisurely melody transmits the rich local characteristics of life and is therefore a gem of Minxin folk music. Each melody is played three times with its speed higher and higher. One melody starts with leisureliness when the previous one is completed. It is usual that the music on stage has completed while the audience under stage remain seated, still enjoying the beauty of the music.
