Of the famous local flavor snacks of Fuzhou, "Taiping swallow" is considered as the exclusive and the one of the best of China. Tongli old booth of meat swallow is initially built during the years of guangxu( in1876),qing dynasty. It is a real "brand with over one hundred years" which still runs independently until present.
