Haju is a particular food. Its condiments are minced mutton mixed with shallot and salt and when Haju is boiled it need to be stirred continuously. In the next step the local Tibetan people mix the boiled mutton soup with spice and use steamed highland barley cake which will be made like ladles or scoops first to hold the spiced soup. The food has a particular flavor with much nutrition and is helpful against the Tibetan cold climate. it is usually eaten as their breakfast.
