Dazhong Alley, featuring in the Silk Road local specialties, has a long history. Visitors not only can enjoy the Lanzhou local delicacies, but also the specialties along the Silk Road. The best restaurants featuring hand-pulled noodles with beef are located here. There are too many restaurants with strong Lanzhou local flavor to be completely counted, among which, Huidou Wang is really noted. Every local people know it. It is characterized with a kind of soya-bean milk, but it is made of grey bean. Besides the grey-bean milk, you can also taste the “Tianpeizhi”, a sweet dessert.
